This is the first class of the four part Loire Valley love affair we are going to have all month long. Whether you just love Sauvignon Blanc (like a lot a lot) or you want to become a Loire Valley expert, these classes are for you. Each class will build on the previous one but can also stand alone for those Anjou stans out there.
In this class we will start things on the Atlantic coast in the region of Muscadet where the grape, Melon de Bourgogne reigns supreme. Think salty lemons and oysters and just like all things tart, refreshing, and delicious.
