About Littleburg:

Littleburg is a restaurant and meal delivery service based in Union Square, Somerville.  Their food is vegan, with a focus on vegetables and the flavors of Greece and the Mediterranean. As the chef/owner of Littleburg, Graham Boswell is on a mission to make vegan menus that everyone can enjoy.

About Amory:

Amory Sivertson is co-host of the podcast Endless Thread from WBUR, a musician, and a BIG fan of Graham. She thinks the world would genuinely be a better place if everyone ate more Littleburg.
