WINE CLASS: Riesling! No, they're not all sweet (9/29/22)
THEY. ARE. NOT. ALL. SWEET. In fact, many of the highest levels of classifications in Germany must be dry. The word is “trocken” (it means dry!). In this class, we will explore and dissect the different styles of Riesling.
As usual, we'll taste through 3 wines together, and there will be ample time for Q+A.
