We're so excited to team up with Tyler from The Mushroom Shop to bring you this class!
Tyler will be here to talk with us about the world of mushrooms! We will taste three different mushroom focused bites as we learn, and Tyler will perform a risotto demo! There will also be ample time for Q+A.
MENU: bite of truffle polenta + mushroom toast with bean purée + mushroom risotto

About Tyler:
Tyler's wild food passion started with mushrooms, after finding morels on the campus of the school where he was teaching music. The interest then mushroomed and took over the rest of his life! Tyler now owns The Mushroom Shop and works with a handful of restaurants in the Boston/Cambridge area (and beyond) selling wild mushrooms and plants. They specialize in culinary mushrooms and other mushroom related items, including books (guidebooks, cookbooks, nature books, etc), gifts, fermented items, unique produce and one-of-a-kind pantry items.
