WINE SCHOOL: Understanding Tasting Notes: Spice Edition!

Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, etc. are just some of the spices you might have heard wine nerds use to describe a wine. WHY?! HOW?! In this class we will be working with the actual spices to compare and contrast what we are experiencing in the spices and in the wines! Either you’ll learn a bit more about your own palate and preferences or you’ll leave with a BIG mulled wine addiction.

TICKETS INCLUDE: one-hour class + 3 tasting pours
