WINE SCHOOL: Mythbusting Vitis Vinifera

Vitis Vinifera is the species of grape that we typically consume as wine. But y’all know we like to push the boundaries of what we all know as “wine” here so join us in busting the myth that this is the ONLY wine grape worth consuming. That’s like a real Eurocentric viewpoint of fermenting grapes into an alcoholic beverage anyway. There is so much more history of grapes being used to make wine so let’s dig into it!
