WINE SCHOOL: Foraged Foods & Local Wines pairing class

“What grows together, goes together,” is a common phrase used when talking about pairing wine and food together. Is terroir the underlying reason behind this pairing idea? Well in this class we will taste three bites of food made with locally foraged ingredients paired with three “local” wines to showcase the importance of locality in your wine choices as well!

TICKETS INCLUDE: one-hour class + 3 tasting pours + 3 bites of food
