Not all “wine” is made from grapes! In this class we will dig into the alternative fruits that have been fermented into a product that resembles wine. There will be a historical component to the class that will discuss what it means to classify wine as a “grape only” product. Give the other fruits a chance!!!
As usual, we'll taste through 3 wines together, and there will be ample time for Q+A.
