Oysters have many different flavors and textures which makes them super fun to pair with wine that isn't just Champagne. Although... don't get us wrong, we LOVE an oyster and a glass of Champagne BUT this class will show you there are so many other pairings out there! Pick up a bottle to take to the beach, out fishing, or just to the courtyard to enjoy with your Oysterfest haul.
